Strater Global

Agreement Signer

Sign agreements with your wallet. Prove it on a public ledger.

Each party signs the final PDF with its own HSuite Wallet. The signature is recorded on Hedera or the XRP Ledger, and anyone can verify — at any time, without us — that every party signed exactly that document.

A signature that belongs to the signer

Many “blockchain signing” services sign on your behalf and only anchor a hash. Here the party’s own wallet signs a readable statement: its legal name, the agreement title, the PDF fingerprint, an express acceptance and the time.

That statement and its signature are written to a public ledger by the signer’s account. Nothing depends on our servers — there are none. The PDF never leaves your computer.

How it works

Three steps, all in the browser. A few minutes per party.

1 · Prepare

The organiser sets it up

Add the model clause to the agreement, enter the parties and their accounts, and load the final PDF. The app produces the signature-block text and a signing link.

2 · Sign

Each party signs

Open the link, connect HSuite Wallet, check the PDF and approve two requests: the signature and its recording on the ledger. The network fee is under one US cent.

3 · Verify

Anyone can check

The verification page re-reads the public ledger and re-checks every signature. Download one signed PDF: the agreement followed by an execution certificate, with the evidence attached.

What makes it different

  • Self-custody. The signer’s own key signs. We never see keys, funds or documents.
  • No server, no account. The app runs entirely in your browser; drafts stay in it.
  • Verifiable without us. Evidence lives on Hedera or the XRP Ledger, where anyone can re-check it. It stays there even if this site disappears.
  • Built around a contract clause. A model clause (English and Portuguese) makes wallet signatures the agreed way of signing, with network time prevailing and a hash alone never counting as execution.
  • Evidence you can file. A single signed PDF with an execution certificate and the full evidence embedded inside it.
  • Two networks. Hedera (Hedera Consensus Service) and the XRP Ledger, with testnets for rehearsal.

Who it is for

Web3-native organisations

Already operating on-chain

DAOs, funds, treasuries and ecosystem companies whose authorised signers already act through wallets, directly or through a custodian.

Cross-border deals

Parties in different countries

One neutral, public record that every side can verify independently, instead of trusting a single provider’s database.

Know the limits

Not for every document

It is not a qualified e-signature, a notary or a registry, and some documents require a special legal form. Read the disclaimer and involve your lawyer.

Agreement Signer is software provided by Strater Global LLC; it is not legal advice and Strater Global is not a party to agreements signed with it. Legal effect depends on the governing law and on the parties’ agreement — see the disclaimer and the model clause. HSuite Wallet is provided by HSuite.

Try it on testnet first

Rehearse a two-party agreement on a testnet in a few minutes, then sign the real one on mainnet. Want help setting it up for your organisation?
