Strater Global

Services

We design the model. Partners build the rails.

Strater Global is not an implementation shop and not a reseller. We work out whether a web3 capability earns its place in your business, then we choose and oversee the people who deliver it.

Decentralized applications, through CaaS

Crypto-as-a-Service providers already run the infrastructure: wallets, custody, settlement, token issuance, exchange and governance tooling. Building that in-house means hiring for a problem someone else has already solved and maintained for years.

Typical surfaces

What gets delivered

DEX — exchange functionality without operating an exchange.

DAO tooling — membership, proposals and voting with an auditable record.

Launchpad — structured token or asset issuance.

Wallet and custody — the part where most projects create risk they did not intend to carry.

Our part

What we do around it

Decide whether the capability is worth adding at all, and what it has to earn to justify itself.

Match the use case to a provider — and write down what happens if that provider raises prices, changes terms or disappears.

Sequence delivery so the existing business keeps running while the new capability arrives.

Digital Product Passport programmes

A DPP is a regulated, verifiable record attached to a physical product. Getting one right is less a blockchain problem than a data problem: what you must disclose, who supplies each field, and who is accountable when a field is wrong.

We map the product line to the disclosure requirements, identify where the data actually lives today — usually scattered across suppliers and spreadsheets — and design the path from there to a record that holds up under audit. More on the DPP →

How an engagement starts

Every engagement begins with the same question, and it is not a technical one: what would have to be true for this to be worth doing?

Step one

Frame

We put the business case on paper — including the version where the answer is "don't". A short engagement, deliberately.

Step two

Design

The model, the partner shortlist, the compliance exposure and the delivery sequence, in enough detail to commit budget against.

Step three

Oversee

Partners build. We hold the design, check what ships against what was agreed, and stay accountable for the outcome rather than the ticket count.

Start with the problem, not the technology

Describe what you are trying to achieve commercially. We will tell you whether this is the right route — including when it isn't.
