Strater Global

Sign a contract with your wallet

The parties agree on the final PDF. Each one signs it with its own wallet, from wherever it is — and anyone can later check that all of them signed exactly that file.

The situation

  • Two companies in different countries signing a services agreement, with no provider that both have to trust.
  • A foundation or DAO signing a grant agreement with a development team whose signers already act through wallets.
  • A fund and a portfolio company signing a side letter that each wants to verify on its own.

Who signs and when it is done

Who signs

Every party listed in the agreement

Each party signs from the account named for it in the signature block. The organiser enters the parties; if the organiser is also a party, it signs through the same link.

Done when

Executed

When the signature of the last party is recorded on the ledger. Under the model clause, the time recorded by the network prevails over the time declared by the signer.

How it works

1 · Prepare

Add the model clause to the agreement, enter the parties and their accounts, and load the final PDF. Do not change it afterwards: even re-saving it changes the fingerprint.

2 · Share

Send the signing link and the PDF to every party.

3 · Sign

Each party connects HSuite Wallet, checks that it has the right PDF and approves two requests: the signature and its recording on the ledger.

4 · Verify

Anyone with the link sees each party as signed or not. When all have signed, download the signed PDF.

What you get

  • One signed PDF. The document followed by a execution certificate, with a QR code that opens the verification.
  • The evidence inside it. The original document and the evidence file are attached to the signed PDF, so it verifies on its own.
  • Verification without us. Anyone drops the signed PDF on the Verify page, or scans the code: the browser re-reads the public ledger and re-checks every signature. No account, no wallet, no server — and it keeps working even if this site disappears.

Limits

  • Not a qualified electronic signature. Not eIDAS-qualified, not ICP-Brasil, not notarised or registered. Documents that the law requires in a special form may not be signable this way.
  • A signature proves the key, not the person. It shows that the designated account signed. Identity and authority to sign are checked by the parties, through channels they trust.
  • Keys are the signer’s responsibility. A lost key cannot be recovered by us, and a signature made with a compromised key may be attributed to its owner.
  • Public and permanent. Names, the title and the PDF fingerprint are visible on the ledger forever. Use a neutral title if needed; the PDF itself is never recorded.
  • Check the governing law. Legal effect depends on the law and on what the signers agreed. This version works with HSuite Wallet and single-key accounts.

Agreement Signer is software, not legal advice; Strater Global is not a party to documents signed with it. The model texts have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Read the full disclaimer before relying on it. The model clauses are available in English and Portuguese.

Rehearse it on testnet first

Testnet records have no legal value, which makes them the right place for a dry run with the other signers.
